How to submit Artwork
General Submission Guidlines
It is best NOT to alter the source image you have to work with, as this may degrade the image quality.
If the image is not good quality, try to obtain a better or higher resolution original image.
Most Home User imaging devices like Digital Cameras and Scanners will output to JPEG/JPG file format. This format is
acceptable, but be sure to use "High Quality" and/or "High Resolution" choices in the software or device. DO NOT use software
to "enhance" or increase the resolution of the image, as this will degrade the actual image file quaility. Note: Renaming a
file does NOT change its format. The file should be sent in its orginal type.
For those familiar with Image technology, preferred artwork format is:
- Vector converted to curves
- Uses PMS colors for color matching. - *Avoid using CMYK colors*
- High Resolution (600 dpi or higher for finished image size, so a 2.5" printed logo would be 1500+ pixels wide)
Artwork may be submitted by e-mail, standard mail or delivered in person.
E-Mail formats:
(Artwork computer files must be in one of the following formats, created by the correct software. Be aware
